Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within twenty-eight days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is twenty-eight days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is required for you to send your communication regarding your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Cancellation process

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs such as express delivery). We will refund the payed charges within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. The funds will be refunded to the same account as used in the original payment to us. We will not charge you any refund fees or processing fees. We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back in full or until you have provided proof of delivery that the sent the goods have been received from us, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than twenty-wight days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We will also remain the right to deduct from refund any loss in value of the goods if this has incurred due to: handling by you or your chosen courier or you have returned us less units as per original delivery to you.

The right of cancellation does not apply for the following contracts:

For any orders on which products have been manufactured to meet customers specified requirements (e.g products manufactured in customer specified sizes, printed products or products with other forms of customer designs).
